Mr. Smart is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial management. He has utilized this skill set in a few startups in both the tech and healthcare sectors before combining that experience through his work at Black Pearl Global Investments.
Mr. Smart has led the company’s Caribbean division and worked to establish the presence of the Black Pearl brand throughout the region’s many islands through which healthcare, healthcare technology, and healthcare adjacent entities may be sourced and funded.
